Where do you draw the line for how long your baby naps during the day?

These days, ours naps don’t even come close to that long! 🙃

If I try to wake her, she absolutely loses her tiny mind so... no thanks haha she can sleep as she sees fit. We have yet to have going-to-bed issues beyond just fighting it and she sleeps through the night most nights so I think it's ok to just let her sleep.

Why wake her when shes tired?

I follow takingcarababies advice for naps at this age: 3-4 naps, not exceeding 4-5 hours total.

I only cut a nap short if it’s later in the afternoon. Still want her to sleep at night.

I wake him after 2 hours because he’s being held for one thing, so by that time whoever is holding him is done. And for another he wasn’t sleeping good at night when I let him sleep a long time during the day.

I'm of the opinion that if my baby is sleeping well enough at night I don't bother worrying about what he's doing during the day
