Pre Seed cramping?
Hey all! My DH and I are TTC baby #1 and used pre seed for the first time two nights ago and then again last night. Now today I’m having these awful cramps, almost like constipation cramps, and I know I’m not constipated, at least I don’t believe I am (sorry TMI). I am just entering my fertile window today, not expected to O for another 4 days. Anyone else experience this cramping feeling while using pre seed?
