Periods and school

Okay so basically next year imma be in yr 11 and my school is bringing a rule that we are not aloud to go to the toilet during lesson. Most of my teachers are male and it’s so weird that we can’t go to the toilet like do u want me bleeding on your seats or what. I know a lot of schools have the rule. But what is your opinion on it. ( we are not aloud to the loo unless we have a doctors note saying we have a medical reason)
