Hubby and I are going to a wedding this weekend. I am not as close to her as I once was. When we got married, we were much closer. My question is: do I gift the same amount that they gifted us for our wedding?

The reason I’m asking is because they had rsvpd yes to our wedding, and days before he had to back out because a team he coached was going to championships. We still had to pay for his plate. He did come to our after party at the bar we rented out and covered all costs for. They gave us 150 as a gift.
