My 9 Month Old is Teething

Day • Married to my kids' dad. Kid one was born Oct 3rd 2018. 2nd kid was born on 2nd March 2020. Kid no.3 was born on 3rd April 2024. All via c-sec! My tubes are tied, no more babies!

And my nipples are soooo sore!!!

Help!

(I'm also about 6 weeks pregnant)
