Ovulate without a positive OPK?
I have PCOS and this is our first month on 50mg of Clomid. I’m currently on day 17 of my cycle and haven’t gotten a positive OPK yet. The strips are getting darker if I really compare them but it’s nowhere near being as dark as the control line. I’ve been having cramping on the right side of my pelvis, having creamy/semi stretchy cm, extreme lower back pain and exhaustion. Is it possible to get a negative OPK and still ovulate? Any insight would be so helpful as we figure this out!
