No Sex

I haven't had sex with my husband for 9 months he blames says I'm mean hes bipolar 1. He doesnt go out and was told he has low testosterone. Am I really the problem? Idk I've given him time to explain to me the truth. I feel ashamed of myself my self esteem is low I feel like he doesnt want me anymore he told resentment towards me. Please help me

It's hard to tell based off this post but maybe you both have things to work on. He's saying it's all your fault, you're saying it's all his fault. Maybe you're both at fault

Loving someone with a mental illness requires extra self-care for you. Find books or web forums for partners of people with bipolar. Focus on building up your joy and confidence, and I think new solutions will start to show up for you ❤️
