I need advice to help a friend

My best friend thinks she’s pregnant and she is only 16. I don’t want comments about how she is too young or shit like that, I just wanna know how I can help her because when she talks to me about it I feel so awkward. I’ve never even had sex before so this is completely out of my range. I have no idea what to say. I just wanna help her.
