Smartest way to go about this?
I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old.
They both sleep through the night and my 2 year old sleeps in his crib with the side rail off but has been doing great like this. Instead of buying a new crib, I’d like to buy him a toddler bed and redo his room since he may grow out of the crib sooner or later. No point in buying a whole new crib. I’d like to pass that crib down and give it to my daughter. I want to move her into her own room since she sleeps so well.
So do I buy my son a toddler bed and give her the crib or do I buy a new crib? To me it seems like I should give him a new bed. Then pass the crib down. Then when she’s ready to transition into a toddler bed he will have outgrown it and will need a big boy bed and she can have the toddler bed. Then when she’s done with it I can get her a new big girl bed. So they’ll be set. What’s the smartest most cost efficient way to do this?
