I've been suffering from hypothyroidism since the fourth grade and now I'm 22; second year in college. I've heard rumours about suffering from hypothyroidism and hashimoto's disease and the chances of infertility are higher. For the moment my thyroid levels should be good. I'm not planning on getting pregnant now but I'm scared I might not be able to conceive? My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years and I lost my virginity to him and I have never had a pregnant scare. I take my birth control in the morning right after I take my thyroid medication (levothyroxine 50mcg). Yet, I tend to get scared that I might not be able to have children in the future with my health issue...
