Folate is better, find it naturally in broccoli and other veggies. Folic acid is the fake folate. But yes, taking a prenatal. No drinking, no smoking, healthy eating, prime your body better for ttc. Good luck

I’m being trying to ttc for for 6 months. Had a miscarriage in December been ttc every sense then . I been told the taking Folic Acid with Prenatal vitamins could help. Have anyone else been told this about the Folic Acid ?
