I’m 30 weeks & may have been exposed to chicken pox, Im trying not to worry over it. I work in childcare I was in the room yesterday where the child was, I’m now waiting to find out how immune I am to it. My boss is who is also pregnant has low immunity to it & was told to leave the premises immediately, she said if I’m not fully immune then it’s 2 weeks off for me, I’m not going to take any risks. The question is though in this state if the vaccinations aren’t up to date then they can’t come so how did this happen? I’m now waiting for my partner to get home so I can tell him I worry about him as we get closer to my due date his getting more anxious & stressed, he likes to take care of me & the unknown of how labour will go stresses him out.
