how to force my period

hi i’m on birth control and i lost my virginity 1 and a half weeks ago. i’m too impatient to wait for my period and i’m getting weird symptoms (even tho i am on the pill and took morning after and he didn’t cum inside, i’m still scared i’m pregnant or something). does anyone know how i can force my period to get rid of my anxiety?
