We are about to embark in the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>/ICSIS journey, I start taking meds in about a week. We are very excited about it! In addition to a small pharmacy stock of pills and injectables stored away we have a pile of Gonal F injections occupying about half the space in our small fridge.

Issue: we have two of my family members (close female cousins) staying with us for the next 4 days. No one in my family knows about our fertility issues (I've never wanted the pressure of people asking how things were going) and I am sure they are going to ask about the pile of boxes in our fridge at some point.

Question: what do I tell them?? I would prefer not having to tell them, but if they ask and I don't have a good white lie ready I'll probably have to spill the beans.. Which wouldn't be the end of the world, but I would prefer not having someone hanging on the results of our first cycle.

PS: my brother-in-law and his other half know, as well as my best friend, which I feel is enough people to support us through this journey.
