I had my second membrane sweep yesterday at 5pm. Been having contractions all night

that started as inconsistent but are now consistently 6-7 minutes apart and are painful enough where I have to focus and breathe through them. With my first sweep a week ago that’s when my mucous plug came out, but I have had zero bloody show since this sweep and my water hasn’t broken.. so could this be false labor even though my contractions are intense? I just thought it was a must to have at least one of those factors for it to be considered true labor. Any advice would help
