Cramping with ovulation after mc??

Question

I miscarried the end of June. According to opks I ovulated yesterday. Yesterday and today I have had cramps that feel like mild period cramps... and like that heavy feeling in my abdomen. Anyone experience anything similar a few weeks after a mc?

Yes although my ovulation In normally more painful than my period pains 
I mc on the 30th of June I was 5 weeks 1 day. 
The pains yesterday and today have been a bit more than usual. 
I’m taking that as a good sign as you are more fertile 3 months after a mc so not wasting anytime and hoping we get those two lines. 
I have ovulated a bit later than expected but that’s just my body getting back to normal. But the pain has made it clear that I definitely ovulated.
