Spectra 1. I have the 1 & 2 and I only use my 1 because it's got a battery pack that makes it portable. Super convenient when you want to go somewhere. Then you dont have to scramble to find an outlet. Also I love all the different suctions and its SUPER quiet. 10/10 reccomend

Someone gave me a 2018 Spectra S1 plus (rechargable battery, so can charge n pump wherever) and I got a Spectra2 from someone else. I also rent a Medela symphony hospital grade using insurance. Honestly, they all produce the same milk output for me and I find the settings very similar. You really don't want a ton of settings  The Spectra are definitely louder than the Symphony. I prefer the closed system of Spectra because it is more hygienic. I prefer that Symphony starts on letdown mode and let's you choose when to progress where Spectra pumps just resumes on whatever crazy suction you ended your last pump with (WHY!? 🥺). I prefer that the Spectra pumps have a timer to keep track of how long you have been pumping where symphony just shuts off if you pump for like 30m. I use the same parts for all and just use little adaptors to connect to the different pumps. If you have any questions about these pumps, let me know!
