CBD while pregnant pros/cons?

Has anyone used 100% ORGANIC cbd while pregnant for pain etc? There’s not much research on it, & I think it may be an option for me. I’m talking the gummies/oil drops. I reached out to my care provider and they said they’ll send me a referral to a chiropractor OKAY KAREN I HAVE TWO KIDS ALREADY, WORK, & HAVE A MEDICALLY FRAGILE CHILD IM TAKING CARE OF. We travel over an hour away weekly for two days alone for medical for my son. It’s not feasible. & I used to go to the chiropractor not pregnant and it made it 10x worse. Even after going 2/3 times a week. No thank you. I’ve been taking tylonal almost every four hours for pain, which I don’t think is okay, and I’m taking the max dose everyday. Ye only thing I’ve seen online is “low birth weight and other complications”. They don’t specify into anything. 
Please help a sister out it feels like all four of my limbs are being torn from a different direction.

The only reason the only thing you've seen online is low birth weight is because NO CBD IS REGULATED BY THE FDA. There are 0 studies and the effects of CBD on a fetus. You could be getting ANYTHING in those gummies or pills. There is literally no way to tell. You could be getting just plain gummies with nothing. As protectors of our babies this early on, I would not put my baby at risk to be a guinea pig for CBD and just hope they come out healthy. Not a risk I would EVER take. Stick to the tylenol and maybe instead of chiropractic do acupuncture or massage. I ran a chiropractic front office for many years and have seen tons of success stories especially in individuals with MS but if you'd rather believe in sketchy unstudied cbd than a whole medical branch, that is your prerogative,  but I wouldn't.

I would honestly try the chiropractics. It made a huge difference for me. My hips, knees, lower back and neck killed me during my first pregnancy, and the only relief I could find was a good adjustment. If you were going and it was making it worse your chiropractor didn’t know what they were doing.

I wanted to know the same thing when I was pregnant. The only reason I didnt try it was because I was already having complications but I honestly dont think anything is wrong with it.

I think you'd be better off taking something that has been researched & has been proven safe during pregnancy for pain like Tylenol for your pain.

CBD was a life saver for me in my first trimester honestly. I could keep literally nothing down for 20 weeks and was losing a TON of weight. I started using it and it allowed me to eat/drink fluids and start gaining some weight back. I have a few girlfriends who used it during pregnancy, all of their babies were born 100% healthy. I'm currently 39 weeks and my baby is measuring fine. A lot of the studies suggesting low birth weight as an effect were testing women who were also drinking alcohol/smoking cigarettes along with cbd, both of those things are known to cause LBW, making the studies inconclusive. I just did what felt right for me, and happy I did.
