Dizziness before period?
Lately ive realised that i get dizzy/motion sickness whenever im in a car. I know my period is just around the corner but is this normal?
Also, what other pre-menstrual symptoms I should expect? I realised as soon as i hit 26 my body health and my cycles just dnt work the way they did before
