Just a heads up for my gender reveal mommas.

I can't even type the whole story or it would be novel lol. 😂🤦‍♀️

So bummed! We had our gender scan last week and had all the images sent directly to my sister so she could order stuff in the correct colors for our gender reveal. (She lives far away and wont be able to come) Well she ordered cannons from the company GENDER REVEAL CELEBRATIONS. I was so excited to use them because they seemed like a great company with great products.

We were assured that the cannons were extremely discreet and the only way you would know the color is if you looked up some code online. Perfect. So I open the box and only 4 out of the 5 we ordered are in there. Ugh ok stuff happens right? Well... then I notice that inside the sealed plastic wrap on the powder cannon is BLUE powder everywhere.💙 🤦‍♀️ I quickly hid it so that my husband wouldn't see. I'm so disappointed but I know stuff happens.. next step is to contact the company and ask about my missing cannon right?

Soooooo.... this is the extremely cut short version of this 4 day story. I apologize it's still long lol.

1) Phone # for company does not work. (Was told only on Mondays, we tried several times. Nope.) They refused to call us.

2) Spent 3 days going back and forth via emails and Facebook messenger with 3 different ppl who all kept saying they would resolve the issue "today", nope. Ghosted.

3) Was told "oh that cannon is out of stock for 2 weeks" I was charged but never notified of this. THEN by a different person was told that "No it will be here Monday and we can get it to you before the 27th BUT we're going to have to charge you shipping again" . UHHH excuse me what? You're going to charge me shipping again for the item I already ordered and you never sent? (Paid for 3 day shipping. They are taking 14 days)

4) After being left hanging again via messaging, i asked for confirmation today if it was all "taken care of" on their end and was rudely replied by yet a new person "If they said it would be there then it will be" no "let me check on that for you since no one got back to you" They refused to give me names of who I was speaking with and refused to give me any kind of working phone number or management email.

To wrap this up,

I have no idea if my stuff will arrive on time if it all, not once a single apology for the 4 days of trouble, expected me to pay $7.99 or $14.99 for shipping again when they never shipped my entire order, ruined the surprise (for myself) by having colorerd powder all over the shipped cannon (after they assured me it would be discreet and safe to open), and were extremely condescending and rude about the whole situation like I was the one inconveniencing them.

I wish I could post the entire 3 days of back & forth. I'm sure this might come off whiney to some ppl but trust me when I say that you would be cranky and frustrated too after the past 4 days. 😂

Thank you for letting this pregnant momma vent and just be aware of that company. 😂💙💙💙

On a positive note, I don't have to wait another week like my husband to find out that our 3rd is a Boy 💙😍😂💙
