Cannot get comfortable at night!

I plan on asking my doctor too, but I figured I could get some different points of view of here about how to get comfortable at night.

I always start by laying in my left side, with my body pillow between my legs and supporting my bump. After so long my hips will start to ache tremendously! So I will try to switch sides for a bit or Kay on my back for 10 minutes to let it subside.

When I wake up in the morning my whole pelvic/ public area feels sore, like I’ve been sitting in an uncomfortable position for far too long.

Any suggestions or advice to help?
