Leftover HCG even after a period???

Hello 
I had a MMC at 12 weeks on 25th May . 
I had a period on 27th June . 
We are TTC again and for the last few days have felt nauseous, dizzy & generally off. Took a FRER today & got this vvvfl . 
Is it possible that this is still leftover HCG 7 weeks after D&C or this this my rainbow 🌈? i am 9dpo

It could be either. I was getting vfl with hcg at 2 and had gotten a period.

I got faint positives with hcg under 5 to this day 12 weeks after my d&c. It is so frustrating! Take another test in 2 days and make sure it is darker

If you had your period, then this is more than likely a new pregnancy
