Bleeding randomly

So I got off my period 1 week ago today. And a couple of days ago I went to pee and when I wiped there was fresh blood. It only happens when I pee or wipe. I’m not bleeding all the time. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? It’s been going on for about 3/4 days now. And yes I have contacted the doctor.
