Back pain 😔
How long did everyone's back pain last?
13 weeks pp. I had a vaginal delivery with an epidural 6 hours into labor. Total of a 12 hour labor. I had bad sciatica during pregnancy and ended up having back labor as well. I feel like as the days go by, it still lingers and I can't get it to go away. I also don't want to take a bunch of meds cause I'm breastfeeding.
