Pre seed or Conceive Plus?

Question

I am scheduled to ovulate in two days and according to my BBT and Ovulation tests, that's pretty accurate. However I haven't had any CM (like at all... Tmi, sorry). So I'm going to run to CVS for one of these. In your opinion, which one is better? And I will gladly accept any other advice (other than baby dance, we are on that 😉).

Preseed worked the first time for me.

I've never used conceive plus, but Pre-seed is nice. I didn't have any fertile cm when we tried for my first baby and I got pregnant the first month using it. Trying for our second now and 4 months using it and nothing. But it really is nice to use if you have vaginal dryness or not getting fertile cm.
