5wk3day scan- anyone similar??

Just went for my first scan.. measuring 5wk3days but only saw the gestational sac and yolk sac- no fetal pole. My HCG is over 4,000 so I’m concerned we should be seeing more by now. Any other ladies experience something similar and still go on to have a normal pregnancy?

That’s normal.. that’s usually why they won’t do it until around 8 weeks. I had one at 6-7 with my youngest and she had a heartbeat and all they then. As long as they aren’t concerned don’t worry... 😉 congrats on the little one and good luck!
