Anyone else leaking when running...like A LOT?
Got the green light to exercise at my 8 week check up from my OB. First day back in the gym, I hopped on the treadmill. Within seconds of jogging at a slow pace, I felt some wetness between my legs...couldn’t be pee right? I didn’t feel like I was peeing. I kept running, and pretty soon, my pants were soaked! How humiliating! The second day, I made sure to empty my bladder before I started to run. Same thing, but even worse...it went all the way down to my ankles and even soaked up the bottom of my shirt. I emailed my OB and the nurse that responded said that it’s normal. I don’t feel normal...how am I supposed to get back my body if I can’t even go to the gym?! Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
