HELPPPPPP!!! Negative test on 1st day of missed period!!

Hi everyone! So I took a test this morning because it’s the day of my expected af and I’ve seen/felt no signs of her!! I wake up every morning nauseous and dizzy/with a headache and I’ve been exhausted lately even after 8+ hours of sleep some days and then barely sleeping at all some nights. My sleeping has been really restless and my attention span even worse! When should I take another test? I’m trying not to get discouraged but it’s so hard...
