If i skip one day of my sugar pills what will happen? i haven’t exactly ‘started ‘ my period yet and today was my first day of sugar pills. i’m going swimming tmrw tho and just wanna double check that it might delay it one day or it won’t? will it screw my body if i skip it tmrw and continue again on sunday?
