Hi I am looking for some advice re pcos. My periods have always been pretty irregular and I have had acne as long as I can remember. About a year after the birth of my daughter I noticed dark thick hairs growing on my chin and my toes (disgusting I know) so I googled it and pcos was the first thing that came up. I went to my male dr who was as good as useless and told me even if I did have it there would be nothing they could do about it anyway and as I already have a daughter i shouldn't worry. He looked up a recent ultrasound that was done for my missing coil and said although there were a few follicles around my ovaries that could just be due to my age. Anyway I had hormone blood tests done which came back borderline so they dr requested they be redone. The next week I had them done and they came back abnormal so the nurse gave me info on pcos. The dr wanted the situation monitored though so asked for them to be done a third time and they came back borderline again! Anyway to cut a long story short I'm still no further forward and still haven't been properly diagnosed. Any advice re what's going on would be appreciated. Thanks
