Canker Sores
So since I quit birth control, I get super painful and large canker sores before my period every cycle. They are extremely painful and make it so I can’t really eat or talk (I haven’t spoken a word at work all day and I share an office with two other ladies - because it’s so painful!). Does this happen to anyone else? If so, is there anything I can do to make this stop happening every month? I’m in so much pain.
