Is this considered a reaction to a vaccine? **See post for info and pic**

Shot given Wednesday at 4pm (technically 2 days and 1 hour ago) They said it was HepC that she was given in this location (she got 2 other shots as well) I already called and they said just keep an eye and report any changes at injection site or other physical changes/abnormalities. There are no bumps or rashes just swelling and redness and muscle stiffness.

I mean, yeah but it's not considered serious. That's a typical effect. Also, I think its HepB not C. There is no HepC vaccine

That’s pretty normal I wouldn’t worry about it. My little guy gets little knots at the injection site and it goes away in a few days

Technically it’s a reaction, redness, bruising and swelling are all common reactions to all vaccines, but it’s not severe, and nothing to worry about. 
How do you know there’s muscle stiffness?

Hep B. And it looks okay. Just keep an eye on it but I bet it'll be fine in a day or two. Nothing to worry about, especially if it isn't bothering her.

My daughter got knots in her injection sites too. It’s normal.
