Bedsharing?

Question

Who has slept with there babys in the bed with them? Im just curious my baby's almost a month and that's the only place he'll sleep

My baby pretty much slept with my until he was 6 months old, then we moved him to his crib. La Leche League has a good article about how to safely bedshare, I found it helpful and reassuring. 
Now my sleeps with me when he wakes up to eat at 3 until we both get up for the day at 5.  We did have to get a bed rail around 6 months because he started rolling.

Started bringing my son into our bed at around 4 months and he's still here at 11.5 months. We love it! We all sleep much better this way and breastfeeding is so much easier. Baby snuggles are the best too!
He currently sleeps between my husband and I (we have a king bed). When he was younger, I took the front off his crib and pushed it up against my side of the bed. That way my husband wouldn't have to worry about him and my son would be safe if he decided to move around since he'd just roll into the crib. That never happened, but it made me feel better to have the crib there.
When I was pregnant I said I wouldn't bedshare, but you never know what will work best for your baby and your family until they're home. Do what you feel is best! But of course take logical precautions - no heavy blankets, keep pillows away from baby, don't drink alcohol or smoke or take sleeping pills, obvious things like that. La Leche League has steps for safe bedsharing.

Yup! I didn’t want to have the baby in the bed because my husband and I like to cuddle at night. But I had a c section so that didn’t matter for a while. At this point I cuddle the baby until he falls asleep then my husband puts him in his little basket. He comes back to bed around 2-4 so I can feed him. He’s only a month old so I’m not too worried about him being in bed with us forever

I sleep in bed with my LO, and she loves it! She knows when it’s bed time. She’s the best snuggle bunny and we’ve never had a problem with it

Thank you guys! He hates his basinet and anything else. And honestly i love sleeping with him but i get so nervous and I hear all these horror stories but he sleeps so good with me. Also it kinda comforts me too 😂💙

I did until my daughter was 9 months old. She's 16 months now and sleeps in her own room, I miss those nightly cuddles! 😭
