You can’t make this up... Rewind 2 years ago my MIL texted this to my husband and me. It’s been a constant pressure to have kids, and obviously around her schedule 🙄 (we received a follow-up text last year about another cruise they are going on in October 2020- to which my husband said “Don’t worry about planning your life around ours”). She is overly controlling and extremely opinionated. My husband and I are starting to talk about having kids and I’m PARANOID about crossing this bridge with her in the picture. Especially because I’m such a pleaser and tend not to stand up for myself and try to avoid confrontation. Any advice of wrangling this beast would be greatly appreciated!
