Tired

I am 6 weeks pregnant today, and still fighting a respiratory cold from 2 weeks ago. I am beyond tired. I expect this. But, at the same time I want to have the energy to exercise. I know this sounds stupid, but because of health issues, I am very over weight ( hypothyroidism, pcos and a kidney transplant) . With this pregnancy I actually lost 10 lbs so far. However I want to keep losing because I want as safe and healthy a pregnancy as I can get, eventhough I am still high risk. Any tips on weight loss for a high risk obese pregnant woman?
