So my sons penis is a little purple but it doesn’t irritate him and he urinates just fine being sprayed plenty of times. The NP told me it was healed after a week at his appointment and I didn’t need to put gauze and Vaseline on it but I did so for another week just in case because it’s what the dr said to do and the NP said it was fine to keep doing so. Is this something I should worry about I typically clean him with warm water baby Johnson and toilet paper the wipes gave him a major diaper rash. Do I need to worry?
