Should I take her to an eye doctor? Or like what do I do

My daughter has occasionally been going cross eyed at random times. Don’t think she’s doing it on purpose. It looks like it’s just a silly face but she does it even when not posing or being silly

Yah I would talk to a doctor about it, better to fix the issue now when she’s young. There are multiple options (IF there is an issue) they will likely use glasses or drops to blur her strong eye so that he other eye can work up stronger muscles.

Yup. The sooner she sees a professional the more likely it is this can be corrected before it becomed a problem. The longer it goes on the more likely it is to become a life long problem.
She may need an eyepatch until the weak eye gets stronger..

My son has similar to what a people call a lazy eye where it looks like he’s cross eyed. We noticed it very early on and took him to an ophthalmologist. She proceeded to diagnose him and give us exercises to do with him, along with patching the stronger eye for 4-6 hours a day. We did this until he weighed enough to have surgery on the muscles that control the eye turning in. 
He’s had 2 surgeries and wears glasses to maintain good vision.

It can be nothing, but it can also mean that she needs glasses, a patch, training, surgery, or a mix of the things listed.
