Help please

I’m 27 weeks pregnant, my dr called me and told me I need to go in on Monday because she had my results & my blood pressure is very low (already knew this because they told me while I was there), I’m anemic, my hemoglobin is low and on top of all that I failed my glucose test.

Has anyone had any of these & know what I’ve done wrong? Also what am I to expect on Monday?
