Can I drink a beer and still breastfeed my daughter or do I have to toss her milk away ?

I’m not sure how much truth is in that, but one beer is def ok I think.

I was told that if you aren’t feeling the effects of the alcohol and are under the legal limit it’s fine to breast feed. So you can even have one mixed drink at dinner and be fine (unless it’s a really strong one).
