Late period but ughh

So my period still didn’t come yet and it’s giving my anxiety because I took multiple test and they all came back negative I just want to be pregnant and my appetite has grown and I keep having pains in my lower stomach and cramps I thought it was just pms .am I tripping or should I go to the doctor I need help and answers
