Here comes baby?? Maybe??

What are some signs labor is coming? I’ve never gone into labor on my own as I’ve been induced each time. I was in L&D today for 5 1/2 hours and had contractions 2/3 minutes apart.. I got 4 rounds of meds to get them to stop and had my first steroid shot for babies lungs and they sent me home still contracting because I wasn’t having any cervical change!! I got home and went to bathroom and had some spotting but I think it was from cervix exam.. & I’ve been having contractions just not as frequent.. just curious if this happened to anyone and they went into labor soon on their own afterwards?
