Tight feeling in lower abdomen, where I think ovary is, sometimes sharp

Throughout the day while sitting I have experienced some cramping (5weeks) and tight feeling in lower left side near what I think is my ovary? It's not really painful, but annoying and kinda sharp enough to have me worried . I dont have my appointment with my doctor until next week (July 29th). I have never even met her before as this is my first birth and my primary does not work with pregnant women.

Should I worry? What do I do? I'm not feeling sick. Eating normally. Feeling bloated.
