So I have no idea what to do. He got his shots this afternoon, he’s been okay but then got super fussy. His temp is 100.3 in the butt. He’s moaning a lot. I tried Tylenol three times but each time he threw up as soon as I put it in his mouth. Like actual throw up and gagging not spit up.

Just gave him a Luke warm bath it was more on the colder side and his butt temp is still 100.3
