These 3D ultrasounds this early creep me out. Is there something wrong with my poor babys head or is the skull still developing?! I'm 16 weeks, 2 days.

That early they always look very alien like. They have no fat and their bones are still soft. Your baby looks perfectly normal.

Just for reference this was my first baby at 15weeks.

Top was 14+6 bottom two were 20+5. It’s just the shadowing. My first one looks like there is a hole in the top of her skull and like she is missing a hand and weird legs. The bottom two are a little better...she had her arms up behind her head the whole time so she couldn’t get a better picture of her face. But look at those cute toes!!

That’s just what they look like at that stage.

Those two above are at about 16 weeks

And these two were at almost 30 weeks. 
I’m about to be 39 weeks now. But 3D ultrasounds don’t really start to look like real baby’s until about 27+ weeks or so. Until then they look like little aliens 😂

Haha ya that’s how they look at that stage. I only like 3D after 20 weeks because of that.
