Sore breasts

I am on month 2 TTC so I’m still hyper-obsessed with all things pregnancy. I can’t get my mind off of it. My nipples are sooo sore today which usually only happens to me 3-4 days before my period. Is it possible to ALREADY feel symptoms of pregnancy or is it just me faking myself out?
