8 weeks pregnant and throbbing back pain HELP!!!

Ladies I need help I am eight weeks and three days and I started having a intense back pain tht felt like a throbbing ya know coming and going but quickly and it lasted maybe about 15 to 20 minutes then I go lay down about n hour later the same pain but in both scenarios it went front the lower back into the abdominal area so all the way around Wht is it im scared!!!
