My gynecologist prescribed these to me yesterday, just wondering if anyone has taken them and if so what is your opinion on them?

It’s just DHA. You can get it at any store. I preferred to take plant based DHA since eating fish isn’t recommended during pregnancy and it bothered me that it was DHA from fish oil

Softgel and pill prenatals are all pretty much the same whether they are OTC or prescription.
