Healthy easy snacks for work?
14+3 and struggling to maintain weight. I've been told I need to eat something small every 3 hours. I'm a hair stylist so eating in general is hard to make time for. I've been trying to schedule lunches for myself, but my appetite just isn't there and well... The constipation isn't helping! So if I eat something small every few hours and keep drinking lots of water it should fix both problems. But I need ideas!
