Miscarriage??

I wasn’t really sure what group to post in so I’m here. Could you ladies tell me how to determine if you’re miscarrying or not? Like if you’ve actually had one, what did you experience?? I know it may be a hard subject to talk about but I need to know. I’m soooo confused. Other than bleeding how did you know?? I need some stories ladies.

I had strong short sharp cramps on and off for a day. Then I had a full aching burning feeling in my lower abdomen. I thought I had a UTI. Ten I had some dark bleeding.. then the miscarriage happened. This was over 5 days. It's had a MMC a week before

Mild cramping in my sleep and woke up bleeding though my underwear and then came actual pain. The physical pain lasted about 2 1/2 days, bleeding lasted six. I was only around six weeks pregnant at the time.

I just miscarried and I'm all by myself . The pain, bleeding and clotting is unbelievable.  I've been sitting on the toilet for over an hour now because I've used so many pads I'm about to run out before the sun comes up. If this is the wrong site for this I am extremely sorry.  I just needed to vent and to not feel alone. I heartbreakingly sat here and Switched my status from pregnant to miscarried. So unreal, but I guess not anymore. Sending love to all who have and are going thru this right now. I am praying for us all. With love!

Mine started with feeling dizzy a lot. I thought i was coming down sick (fevers and bellyache and throwing up). I started bleeding really light and only when I wiped. I didnt think anything of it. Then I kept getting cranos but they went off and on about every 6 minutes I'd get a sharp pain in my belly (almost like a small contraction). Then I knew something was off. The bleeding got so intense over night that when I got up to go pee it was like I peed straight blood on my bathroom floor. As soon as I took my pants off to sit down I couldn't even sit. I was bleeding so bad my fiance had to call 911. It looked like a murder scene in my house. I dodnt have any pain at this time because I was basically shocked from all the blood and was light headed. So I got to the hospital and they said it was dysfunctional uterine bleeding. I told them I'm pregnant and was 6 weeks and 4 days. They did a ultrasound a blood test and a pee test. During the ultrasound they didnt see a baby and said I must be miscarrying and kept me overnight for observation because of all the blood loss.

I just miscarried at 5 weeks 2 days ago and I started bleeding it started off pink then red like a heavy period but really bad cramps. With my regular periods I usually cramp a week before but these are contractions stabbing pains this go around I immediately knew something was wrong the night before. Long story short I went to the ER like my PC told me to do if something like this happened and the doc confirmed my hcg levels were indeed decreasing due to a miscarriage. Mine started with a clot, some spotting and then within a few hours, severe cramps and more clots. At one point an overwhelming emotion of grief and sadness came over me and I felt empty. I knew at that point we lost our baby. This just happened to me Saturday. I had blood work done this morning and had an ultrasound to confirm there was anything left in my uterus.

No signs at all, found out at our first ultrasound (~8.5 weeks) there was no heart beat. Dr said i was about 7.5 weeks when it happend.

I had one last week... I had bleeding discomfort in my back and my stomach felt like it was being pressed on. I had passed some clots as well. You feel like a bad period
