I have had just a tiny bit of Anxiety for years.The last month or so its gotten Worse. I have been seeing a thearapist for about a year.
I absolutely hate feeling the way i do sometimes. I just wanna know what yall do to relieve the feeling of anxiety when you are in public. Loud noises tend to get me worked up. Is there anything i can do for myself if i feel this way while i am at work? I cant always just leave and take a breather i am a CNA.
I just got a new job 3 days ago i have been so much more happier. I was telling my boyfriend about not being as tense after work because its not as stressful as my old job. Then all of the sudden it hit me i had a lump in my throat and my chest felt tight! It didnt last long but it made my wheels turn and i felt like damn my brain doesn't like that i am happy so this has to happen. I am not on medication for it. I hope to get better on my own or at least try to before i talk about medications...
